Paul W Bagnall FCPA - Principal
Paul first commenced business in his own right in 1974 when he acquired a retail consumer products sales and service business with 50+ employees. After trading successfully, the business was sold in 1982 to concentrate on commercial and industrial property investments, commercial property development, the management of and direct equity participation in business joint ventures as well as corporate advisory, mortgage and business broking services.
He is an accountant by profession with extensive experience in sales and marketing of consumer products and associated corporate finance requirements in private, public and multi-national companies.
David E Boward CPA, ACIS - Senior Associate
David has held senior management and Chief Executive positions of companies in real estate and associated services, retail fashion, international hotel management and marketing services. He was instrumental in the sale of two of these entities into ASX listed companies.
He has served as the Chairman of the NSW Division of a national firm of Chartered Accountants and a major marketing services ASX listed company.

Margaret provides assistance to our corporate advisory clients identifying areas of improvement in marketing strategy and communication, product development and sales and distribution. She has over 20 years experience gained in senior management roles in public companies and multi-nationals across a range of industries including B2C and B2B
